· ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper

· ½ teaspoon pepper powder

· 1 teaspoon garlic powder

· ¼ teaspoon lemon pepper

· 2-3 tablespoon olive oil

· 1 teaspoon onion powder

· 1 teaspoon white pepper

· 2 teaspoon paprika

· 1 teaspoon dried thyme

· 4 Pounds whole chicken

Direction to make Rotisserie Chicken Seasoning   

· Take up a bowl to mix the above mentioned ingredients lemon pepper, salt, paprika, thyme, onion powder, white pepper, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and garlic powder.
